Product returns

It is possible that the ordered product does not fully meet your expectations. As a customer of the online store, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the delivery. If you have ordered several products with different delivery dates, the cancellation period expires 14 days after receiving the last product or part of it. You or a person representing you therefore have 14 calendar days to return the order. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.

Product return policy

Return the products unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All delivered parts and documents must be included. We recommend that you pack the product appropriately.

You can submit a return request online on our website in the Returns and Complaints section. The following reference number will be generated at the end of the request: SA/2025/xxxx. This reference number can be written visibly on the transport package or other document, such as a copy of the delivery note/invoice, a handwritten termination of the contract or a piece of paper enclosed with the package. Do not send the package without this document, as it prevents quick identification and may lead to the expiration of the legal return period.

If the products are assembled, damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge compensation for damages.

Collection is only arranged for products that can only be returned on a pallet, such as bathtubs, shower enclosures, large shower systems, oversized returnable products that cannot be packed and other similar products. The customer pays all return costs. The agreed return fee is 1 300 DKK. The customer returns other shipments at his own expense via the carrier of his choice and arranges for their return to SANITINO.

Refund

If you cancel the contract for all products you ordered, we will refund you the full order price, including shipping costs. If you return only part of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned shipment. If you do not provide an alternative bank account, the money will be returned to the original account.

Product exchange

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange a product, the best option is to return the original product and place a new order after receiving the refund.
